Job Description

We are looking for a Service advisor to join our team at Ridecraft Ventures Private Limited to assemble, maintain the good communication with customer . In this role, you will make sure that customer vehicle complaint is inspected and get it resolved with proper end to end commnunication. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹35,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Build a trust on complaint satisfaction .
Inspect and figure out issues in engines, machines and transmissions.
Perform repairs to ensure better and smooth performance.
Troubleshoot and fix reported mechanical problems.
Maintain good communication with customer.
Guide users on proper maintenance and prevention measures.
Keep records of work done and report any issues.

Job Requirements:
