Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Phlebotomist for home sample collection. The role involves visiting patients’ homes for blood collection / specimen collection, ensuring safe sample handling, accurate labeling, and timely submission at the lab / hub as per the protocol & TAT.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit patients for home blood sample collection as per scheduled appointments.

• Perform venipuncture sample drawing accurately & hygienically.

• Maintain comfort, safety & privacy of patients during collection process.

• Properly label all samples and maintain documentation.

• Ensure samples reach lab / hub within defined TAT with proper temperature maintenance.

• Handle biohazard waste and disposables as per safety & NABL standards.

• Maintain MIS for collections and ensure daily closure.

• Coordinate with call center / operations team for route planning & appointment confirmation.

• Collect payments from patients if required and submit to office daily.

Requirements / Qualification

• DMLT / CMLT or relevant lab technician certification mandatory.

• Minimum 1+ year experience as phlebotomist (home collection preferred).

• Good venipuncture skills for pediatric + geriatric patients.

• Smartphone + basic tech use (App entry / MIS entry).

• Two wheeler & valid driving license preferred.
