Chemist - Production

Job description:

1. To carry out the manufacturing operations of API/ intermediate processes in the plant as per the standard operating procedure.

2. To monitor the production activities in the plant as per cGMP and applicable Departmental SOPs.

3. Reporting the status of the production batches to the production manager / Shift Incharge.

4. Should be experienced in unit operations like distillation, layer extraction, crystallization, filtration, etc.

5. Train and encourage the Worker and explain and Take out Highest Quality Production, upkeep GMP environment.

6. Perform regular/periodic activities of GMP procedures established in the plant with means of self-audit, self-inspections.

7. Should be able to prepare the equipment’s / systems for various safety permits.

8. Perform first line maintenance and reporting faults on plant and equipment, should have good communication skills to deal with other supporting departments.

9. Follow safety procedures like work permit systems, PPE usage during the operations.

Other Details:

• Working Days - 6 days /week

• Shift timings are – 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, 10 pm to 5 am and general shift – 9 am to 5.30 pm (Shifts will be rotational)

• Job Location – Zaheerabad , Digwal

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
