Chemist - Production

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize formulations for dental materials and chemical products.

• Conduct chemical and physical testing of raw materials and finished products.

• Ensure all products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry specifications.

• Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.

• Perform stability studies and shelf-life evaluations for dental materials.

• Collaborate with production, QA, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues.

• Monitor and validate manufacturing processes to maintain product consistency.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and other regulatory guidelines.

• Manage safety protocols, chemical handling, and lab equipment maintenance.

• Support new product development and process improvement initiatives.
