Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive (Outbound Sales) to join our team at Prestige Recruiters (OPC) Private Limited. The role focuses on outbound calling to identify new business opportunities, convert leads, and drive consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, confident on calls, and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through outbound calls

• Promote and explain products/services to prospective customers

• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored sales pitches

• Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely closure

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions

• Track market trends and competitor activities

• Prepare basic sales performance and follow-up reports

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Customer-focused and result-driven mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM / MS Office preferred)

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)

Important Notes

• This is a target-driven outbound sales role

• Candidates must be comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets

• Excellent communication skills in English (Fluent spoken and basic written) are mandatory

• Ability to confidently handle customer queries and objections over calls is required

• Immediate joiners and candidates with prior outbound sales will be preferred
