Job Description

  • Plan and execute internal IT and operational projects 

  • Support planning and execution of R&D tasks related to systems, software, or process improvements 

  • Coordinate and support the daily operations of IT systems (hardware, software, and network infrastructure). 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between departments and the IT support team. 

  • Responsible for configuring and troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and network issues 

  • Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software inventory. 

  • Maintain data security and backup systems, ensuring adherence to company policies. Implement and monitor data protection measures for both online and offline systems. 

  • Monitor system performance and report issues proactively to the IT reporting person 

  • Support ERP, CRM, and other software systems in coordination with internal and external teams. 

  • Train users on IT systems and software usage. 

  • Maintain documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and asset records. 

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and procurement. 

  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure timely and quality service delivery
