  • Route Planning & Optimization

    • Design and implement efficient delivery routes across Maharashtra.

    • Apply micro-clustering and distance band logic (≤50 km spokes) for cost-effective dispatch.

  • Operational Efficiency

    • Develop Excel-ready models for weekly dispatch schedules, truck allocation, and cost-per-trip analysis.

    • Monitor fuel, tolls, and backtracking to minimize expenses.

  • Process & Compliance

    • Ensure audit-ready documentation for all dispatches.

    • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and transport regulations.

  • Coordination & Execution

    • Collaborate with dispatch teams, drivers, and warehouse staff for seamless operations.

    • Troubleshoot delivery challenges and propose quick, practical solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Benchmark industry best practices and adapt them to ground-level realities.

  • Introduce automation and tracking tools for better visibility and control.
