Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and problem-solving, offering a great opportunity to grow in the IT field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.

• Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including workstations, laptops, and peripherals.

• Assist with network support and troubleshoot remote access issues.

• Ensure smooth operation of IT systems by managing updates, backups, and security measures.

• Maintain IT documentation, including asset inventory and troubleshooting guides.

• Train students to effectively operate and utilize simulators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 0-1 year of experience in IT support or technical assistance.

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to assist non-technical users.

• It is a Full Time IT / Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
