IT Technician/Network Technician

• Network Maintenance and Support:

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls). 

  • Troubleshooting network connectivity issues and providing timely solutions. 

  • Monitoring network performance and ensuring high availability. 

  • Implementing and managing network security measures. 

• User Support:

  • Providing technical support to users for hardware, software, and network related issues.

  • Installing and configuring software and hardware for users. 

  • Providing training to users on new software and hardware.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency:
