Key Responsibilities:

Support for servers, desktops, laptops, and printers
Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of network devices
Manage and monitor CCTV systems
Support and maintain biometric attendance devices
Resolve daily IT issues and ensure smooth operations
Maintain IT asset documentation
Vendor coordination for hardware replacements

Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, server basics, and networking
Printer troubleshooting expertise
LAN/WAN, routers, switches & cabling knowledge
Experience with CCTV (IP/Ana-log)
Familiarity with bio-metric devices
Good communication and problem-solving skills
