IT Technician/Network Technician

 •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.

•Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.

•Manage and support desktop imaging and deployment.

•Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktops and laptops.

•Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts and access rights.

•Provide support for remote users and ensure VPN and remote access configurations are functional.

•Document incidents, solutions, and work performed in a ticketing system.

•Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement improvements to desktop environments.

•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
