✉️ Position: Customer Support Executive – Email Support
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand + PF & Incentives
🏠 Work Type: Permanent Work From Home
🕒 Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Fri, Sat & Sun Off)
🛠️ Responsibilities
✔️ Handle customer queries and complaints via email in a timely manner.
✔️ Draft clear, professional, and empathetic responses to customer issues.
✔️ Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when required.
✔️ Maintain records of customer interactions using CRM/email ticketing systems.
✔️ Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
✔️ Achieve daily targets for response time and quality.
✅ Eligibility
🎓 Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
✍️ Excellent written communication skills in English (mandatory).
💻 Proficiency in MS Office / Google Docs / Email platforms.
📧 Knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
