About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Helpdesk & Desktop Support Executive to join our growing IT team. You will be the first point of contact for all technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS (10/11), MS Office, and basic software.
Set up and manage Outlook/email accounts, user profiles, and local/shared drives.
Manage routine LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Provide remote & on-site support to internal users.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in desktop support / IT helpdesk / user support.
Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, DHCP, IP, Wi-Fi).
Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support tools.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in IT/Computer Science.
Certifications like CompTIA A+ / MCSA / CCNA (optional but preferred).
