Provide in-person and remote technical support to employees for desktop-related issues.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity.
Set up new workstations and prepare hardware for employees, ensuring correct configurations.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Monitor and maintain the health of workstations, including regular software updates and security patches.
Assist in setting up and maintaining conference room AV systems and other office technology.
Maintain accurate documentation for desktop systems and troubleshooting procedures.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
