We are looking for a skilled and motivated candidate with good knowledge of Barcode Printers, Barcode Scanners, Ferrule Printing Machines, and other barcode-related devices. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting printer issues remotely and performing on-site service and spare part replacement when required.
Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of barcode printers (TSC, Godex, Citizen, etc.).
Resolve customer issues through remote support tools like AnyDesk or ultra viewer.
Replace faulty parts and perform preventive maintenance during visits.
Diagnose and repair barcode scanners, ferrule printers, and label printers.
Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain service logs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of barcode printers, scanners, and ferrule machines.
Knowledge of printer driver installation and configuration.
Basic electrical and mechanical repair skills.
Basic networking knowledge (IP settings, LAN connectivity, etc.).
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or related field)
