Hardware Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated candidate with good knowledge of Barcode Printers, Barcode Scanners, Ferrule Printing Machines, and other barcode-related devices. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting printer issues remotely and performing on-site service and spare part replacement when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of barcode printers (TSC, Godex, Citizen, etc.).

• Resolve customer issues through remote support tools like AnyDesk or ultra viewer.

• Replace faulty parts and perform preventive maintenance during visits.

• Diagnose and repair barcode scanners, ferrule printers, and label printers.

• Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain service logs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of barcode printers, scanners, and ferrule machines.

• Knowledge of printer driver installation and configuration.

• Basic electrical and mechanical repair skills.

• Basic networking knowledge (IP settings, LAN connectivity, etc.).

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Education Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or related field)

Salary: Based on experience and skill set
