Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure proper material tracking and reconciliation management.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure all sites remain fully operational.
Supervise Radio Frequency (RF) optimization-related activities.
Manage deployment activities carried out by vendors and contractors.
Configure L2 switches to connect access points (APs) and enhance network performance.
Troubleshoot router faults and replace faulty network devices as required.
Perform link capacity upgrades for sites to meet network demands.
Execute field activities as per work orders issued by the Network Operations Team.
Conduct customer meetings and field surveys; provide feedback on network coverage and capacity improvements.
Release the FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) desktop plan and carry out joint field surveys to verify routes, equipment, and structures.
Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of access points (APs).
Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical network equipment.
Install and configure access points (APs) and routers as per requirements.
Handle and resolve on-site troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
