Computer Operator

We are a small but growing law firm looking for a reliable Computer Operator / Office Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing emails and client communication

• Preparing and maintaining client bills and office records

• Basic typing, printing, and document formatting (MS Word, Excel, PDF)

• Coordinating with banks and handling small office errands

• Maintaining files (both physical and digital)

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, PDF tools)

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Honest, punctual, and disciplined

• Prior office experience preferred (law office experience is a plus)
