Follow daily cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment, floors, and work areas.
Ensure staff follow hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Check stock levels and inform seniors if any items are required.
Reduce food wastage and report daily sales and issues.
Follow company rules, safety guidelines, and food standards.
