Computer Hardware Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled IT Computer Technician to install, maintain, and repair computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, provide technical support to users, and ensure the smooth functioning of all IT hardware and software within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, hardware malfunctions, and network problems.

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees via phone, email, or in-person.

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for optimal performance.

• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.

• Perform regular system updates and security patches.

• Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.

• Repair and replace defective hardware components.

• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track all hardware/software assets.

• Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technology solutions.

• Prepare reports, documentation, and user guides when required.
