We need a Kitchen Steward (Dishwasher) for our restaurant in Agonda, Goa. Work is to wash all utensils, plates, glasses, and kitchen items and keep the kitchen clean. Very important: No utensils should be left dirty at nightbecause the restaurant starts early next morning.
Wash all utensils, plates, glasses, and cooking items.
Make sure nothing is left dirty at night.
Keep washing area clean and dry.
Help in small cleaning work in the kitchen.
Inform supervisor if anything is broken.
Property is open 12 months. Main busy season is 9 months.
Full-time job during season. Can continue whole year if needed.
12-hour duty every day, 7 days a week.
No fixed leave during season (work must be regular).
Food and stay provided by the restaurant.
Must be hardworking and honest.
Must know how to wash and clean properly.
Must speak Hindi (little English is good but not required).
Ready to follow instructions and keep discipline.
