Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Sanitizing: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, polishing furniture, and sanitizing surfaces.
Bed Making & Linen: Changing bed linens and replacing used towels daily.
Restocking: Replenishing toiletries, coffee, tea, snacks, and beverages in rooms.
Guest Service: Responding to guest inquiries, assisting with lost items, and handling requests politely.
Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting any maintenance needs, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Public Areas: Cleaning corridors, stairways, and other common areas as needed.
Cart Management: Loading and restocking cleaning carts with necessary supplies.
