Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Operator to handle daily material transactions in SAP and support warehouse and purchase operations. This is a hands-on operational role involving coordination with store, dispatch, and operations teams, and requires flexibility in working hours as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily transactions in SAP MM module

• Entry of Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and stock transfers in SAP

• Assist in creation of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and coordination for Purchase Orders (PO)

• Maintain accurate stock records and material movement in SAP

• Support physical stock verification and reconciliation

• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams

• Prepare basic stock and material reports

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records

• Report stock shortages, damages, and system issues promptly

• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines

• Support extended working hours when required for operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Above (ITI/Diploma preferred)

• Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in SAP MM operations is mandatory

• Freshers are NOT eligible to apply

• Stability: Should not be a frequent job changer

• Physical Fitness: Must be capable of working in warehouse environment

• Skills: Basic computer knowledge, SAP data entry, coordination, discipline, and time management

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 19000 to 24000

• Benefits: ESIC coverage (As , If applicable)

Working Hours

• 9 - 10 hours per day (Rotational shifts)

• Rotational Week Off

Important Note

• This is a blue-collar, hands-on operational role

• The company may transfer employees to any depot as per business requirements

• Warehouse location may change in future as per business needs

• Working hours may be 9–10 hours per day. (Depending on workload, they may extend up to 12 hours)
