About the Company

A leading shipping and logistics company with expertise in international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and cargo handling. We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Export Documentation Executive to strengthen our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and handle import and export shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, etc.).

Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and airlines for timely document submission.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT, and port requirements.

File documents through EDI/ICEGATE portal for clearance.

Manage pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation for smooth operations.

Track shipments and update clients on status.

Liaise with internal teams for documentation accuracy.

Requirements

Graduate (Commerce / Logistics background preferred).

6Months –2 years of experience in import/export documentation, preferably in a shipping or freight forwarding company.

Knowledge of customs, EXIM procedures, and shipping documents.

Good communication and MS Excel skills.

Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
