Mithila Travels is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, promote travel services, and convert enquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages/services.
Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the operations/team for smooth execution of bookings.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on travel packages, destinations, and company offerings.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi and English & Regional (specially Marathi,Tamil, Bengali )communication preferred.
Sales-oriented and confident personality.
Basic computer/WhatsApp/CRM knowledge.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
