About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team in Noida. The role involves handling international customers, understanding their requirements, and generating sales through effective communication and product pitching.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with US customers.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable telecom products/services.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in US sales, international BPO, telecom, or customer service will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
