As a Marketing Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our outreach efforts by engaging potential customers and promoting our offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries. Your persuasive skills and product knowledge will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Provide detailed product information and resolve customer queries.
Maintain and update the CRM system with call details and customer interactions.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Follow up with clients for feedback and nurture long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine calling strategies and scripts.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
