Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Officer to manage leads, convert inquiries into consultations, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in service-based industries and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

• Convert leads into confirmed appointments and consultations

• Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Maintain and update CRM records regularly

• Explain treatment packages, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly

• Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and front desk teams for smooth patient flow

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals

• Address client queries and resolve concerns professionally

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Counselling (Healthcare, Aesthetic, Wellness, or Service Industry preferred)

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills

• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office

• Professional and presentable demeanor
