Telesales Executive
Job Description
Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Thane – G Corp
CTC: Up to ₹3.25 LPA, based on experience
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to generate insurance business through outbound calls and customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in insurance telesales, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate insurance leads and sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and processes clearly to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams for policy issuance and other customer requirements.
Candidate Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance, Bancassurance, or Insurance Telesales.
- Graduation preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- CIBIL Score: 650+.
- Stable career history with no significant career gaps preferred.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Candidates from Niva Bupa and Care Health Insurance are not eligible.
- Candidates proficient in Punjabi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, as well as General profiles, are eligible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are specifically looking for experienced Insurance Telesales/Sales professionals who have at least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent communication and convincing skills, a CIBIL score of 650+, and a strong target-oriented approach.
