टेलीसेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain our products/services and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from leads generated through various channels.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and offers clearly to prospects.

• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication until closure.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate lead and call records in the CRM/lead management system.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally and work towards conversion.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on lead status.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling wherever relevant.

• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Adhere to company policies, sales processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling or a similar customer-facing sales role.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

• Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/lead management tools.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Good Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of Marathi will be an advantage.

Job Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Job Timing: 9.30am to 6.30pm ; Mon - Sat (1st and 2nd sat half day)
