Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Thane, Mumbai | Type: Full-Time | Experience: 0- 10Years (Freshers Welcome)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

•Generate leads to make successful Sales

•Maintain customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling.

•Explain product benefits, coverage, and pricing clearly

•Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.

•Achieve assigned sales targets.

•Connect with insurance agents, brokers, and corporate partners.

•Onboard and support agents/business partners on the Turtlemint platform.

•Help partners generate insurance sales and increase productivity.

•Maintain long-term relationships with business partners..

•Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance.

•Identify new partnership opportunities to expand business.

Requirements :

•Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

•Good communication and convincing skills.

•Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.

•Sales target-driven mindset.

•Basic insurance knowledge (preferred).CRM and computer proficiency.
