We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to sell Motor Insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers over the phone, explaining Car/Bike Insurance, Renewal, and related insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
Explain Car/Bike Motor Insurance plans, features, and benefits to customers.
Follow up with existing customers for insurance renewals.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance policies/products.
Explain premium, coverage, add-ons, IDV, and policy benefits to customers.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively to achieve sales conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Update customer details and call status in the CRM.
Collect the required information and documents from customers for policy issuance.
