We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to sell Life and Health Insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers over the phone, explaining Insurance, Renewal, and related insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
Explain Insurance plans, features, and benefits to customers.
Follow up with existing customers for insurance renewals.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance policies/products.
Explain premium, coverage, add-ons, IDV, and policy benefits to customers.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively to achieve sales conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Update customer details and call status in the CRM.
Collect the required information and documents from customers for policy issuance.
