Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell loan and credit card products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

• Explain the features and benefits of loan and credit card products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Verify customer eligibility and collect the required information.

• Coordinate with the operations and credit teams for application processing.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Discipline).

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in loans, credit cards, or NBFC/BFSI.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
