Telesales Executive – Health Insurance

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell health insurance products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable health insurance plans, generating leads, and converting prospects into policyholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database.

• Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, exclusions, premiums, and policy terms clearly.

• Understand customers' healthcare and insurance requirements and recommend suitable plans.

• Generate and convert leads into health insurance sales.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication until closure.

• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

• Assist customers with the basic documentation and policy purchase process.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the operations/insurance team for policy issuance and customer support.

• Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide a positive customer experience.

• Keep updated with health insurance products, features, pricing, and company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, insurance,

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good command of Hindi and English.

• Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.

Salary & Incentives

₹[15K TO 30K ] per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Performance-based incentives and rewards will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
