Position: Turbo Outbound Sales Executive

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the Turbo Outbound Sales Process at IDFC FIRST Bank. Both graduate freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, convincing abilities, and an interest in sales and customer acquisition.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate (Freshers and Experienced)

• Age Limit: Up to 32 years

• Communication: Good communication skills required

• Experience: Freshers, BPO Sales, Banking Sales, and Insurance Sales candidates can apply.

• Notice Period: Candidates with up to 30 days' notice period are eligible.

Salary Details – Thane

• Freshers: ₹18,000 in hand

• BPO Sales Experience: Up to ₹25,000 in hand

• Banking Sales Experience: Up to ₹25,000 in hand

• Insurance Sales Experience: Up to ₹28,000 in hand

Work Schedule

• Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Week Off: Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays, depending on the process

• Interview Days: Monday to Friday

• Interview Rounds: HR Round → Aptitude Test → Manager Round

Timing: 10 AM – 2 pm
Maximum Salary: ₹25,000 in hand
