💼 Position: Telemarketing Executive
👩 Gender: Female Candidates Only
📍 Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
🎯 Job Responsibilities
- 📞 Make outbound calls and regularly follow up with leads.
- 💰 Explain features and benefits of Secured & Unsecured Loans.
- 🎯 Achieve sales targets for PL, BL, HL, LAP & other loan products.
- 🤝 Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- 📋 Follow up on leads generated through calling.
- 📊 Maintain proper MIS and provide timely market feedback.
- 📑 Collect customer documents as per the required checklist.
- 🌟 Act as a bridge between the company and existing/potential customers.
🔑 Required Skills
- Previous experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive preferred.
- Strong lead-generation and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and a good listener.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Relevant experience of 6 months – 2 years preferred.
