Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Maintain and expand strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Present, promote, and sell astrological services, gemstones, Ayurvedic products, and other offerings to prospective customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of AstroKapoor’s solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new market developments.
Ensure excellent post-sales support and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer relations, or business development (experience in astrology, wellness, or e-commerce will be an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to learn about astrology, gemstones, and wellness-based products.
