We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller – Outbound for the Education Sector. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Lead Generation and be willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.
Generate and qualify leads for courses and programs.
Explain course details, fees structure, and admission process.
Maintain follow-up with interested candidates.
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the system.
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the counselling team for admission closure.
Good communication skills (Hindi / English – mandatory).
Basic knowledge of Lead Generation process.
Confident and convincing ability.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM preferred).
Experience: 0–1 year in Telecalling / Outbound Calling (Education sector preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
