Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote our products and services through direct phone calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about company products or services.

• Answer questions about products, pricing, and company details.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or offers.

• Maintain records of calls, customer information, and sales in CRM software.

• Follow up with interested leads and close sales effectively.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.

• Handle customer objections professionally and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role.

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

• Strong listening and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in [English/Tamil/Hindi – depending on your target audience].

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in health, fitness, or service-based telesales (added advantage).

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
