Job Overview
Tesla Academy is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to connect with prospective students and parents, explain our courses, answer their queries, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students and parents from the provided database.
Explain our courses, fee structure, and admission process.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up regularly with interested leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Coordinate with the admissions team whenever required.
Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or customer support is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work with Google Sheets, Excel.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Mandatory Requirements
Must own a laptop.
Reliable internet connection.
Professional communication and etiquette.
Willingness to make outbound sales calls throughout the day.
