Job Summary:

Sai Point Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Executives. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves promoting and selling insurance products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for insurance products

• Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage to clients

• Generate leads through calls, references, and field visits

• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Assist customers with documentation and policy processing

• Provide after-sales support and service

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

• Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of insurance products (training will be provided)

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
