Position: Telecaller – Real Estate
Location: Greater Noida West
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Experience: 0–3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, generating leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and leads.

• Explain property features, pricing, location advantages, and ongoing offers.

• Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.

• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.

• Update customer information and call records in CRM/software.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries professionally.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Experience in Real Estate telecalling preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
