Job Summary
NCR Eduservices is seeking an experienced and high-performing International Business Development Executive with proven expertise in B2B international sales across key markets, including the US, Canada, and Australia. The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, C-level engagement, and closing high-value B2B deals within the education / EdTech domain.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate and qualify B2B leads for US / UK clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
● Conduct sales discussions and product presentations with international prospects ● Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients
● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
● Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales trackers
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
● Stay updated on international market trends and competitor activity Required
Skills & Qualifications
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
● Comfortable working with international time zones (US / UK)
● Strong negotiation and presentation skills
● Target-oriented with a positive learning attitude
● Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
