Rocket Deals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to handle personal loan enquiries from interested customers. The role involves contacting applicants who have already requested a loan, understanding their financial needs, and helping them access suitable personal loan solutions through our partner banks.
Key responsibilities:
1. Call customers who have registered interest in personal loans
2. Validate customer information and loan-related details
3. Communicate personal loan features and options offered by partner banks
4. Guide customers through the loan application and approval process
5. Liaise with internal teams and banks to ensure smooth case movement
6. Follow up with customers to drive timely application completion
7. Record call outcomes and update lead status accurately
8. Achieve assigned targets while delivering quality customer service
