Call existing and potential customers to inform them about products or services.
Understand customer needs and requirements to close sales.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and objections efficiently.
Maintain database of customer information and update call records.
Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the team lead/manager.
Provide detailed and accurate information to customers.
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Hindi and English (or regional language as per requirement).
Ability to handle rejections and stress.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
