Finmart Management Services is a financial services company specializing in providing customers with seamless access to leading banking products. We work closely with leading Banks and NBFCs to offer quick and convenient personal loan solutions to our clients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining personal loan products of banks, and assisting them through the loan application process.
l Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Bank personal loans.
l Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
l Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
l Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
l Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries effectively.
l Coordinate with the sales team and maintain communication regarding lead status.
l Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
l Prior telecalling or sales experience (preferred, not mandatory).
l Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
l Basic computer knowledge.
l Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
l Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
l Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
