Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Location:Bhopal

Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office / Remote / Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating sales leads, providing information to customers, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

• Explain products and services to customers and answer related questions.

• Maintain customer database and update records in CRM or spreadsheets.

• Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or additional requirements.

• Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets set by the team lead or manager.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma / Graduate (any discipline)

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication (English / Hindi / Regional language)

  • Strong listening and persuasion skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools Preferred)

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
