Sales Development Representative (SDR) Work Location: Work from Office Near Hear Health Hospital, Vrindavan Dhaba, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal Experience: 0–4 years (Communication skills and intent matter more than years of experience) Working Days: Monday to Saturday About Citrine Pixels Citrine Pixels works with clients across India, the UK, the USA, and Australia. We help B2B teams generate demand and convert it into revenue using explainer videos, product demos, and video-led sales assets. This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to real B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and qualification. Role Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for lead research, outbound outreach, qualification, and follow-ups for services related to explainer videos, demo videos, and sales enablement content. This is a performance-driven, target-oriented role with clear daily and weekly expectations.

Key Responsibilities ● Research and identify relevant prospects using LinkedIn and other tools ● Make cold calls to introduce explainer and demo video solutions ● Send outbound emails and follow up consistently ● Qualify leads based on defined criteria (ICP, need, intent) ● Maintain accurate lead records and activity tracking ● Coordinate with the senior sales team for qualified lead handoffs

Mandatory Requirements ● Excellent spoken and written English ● Strong phone presence and confidence ● Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups ● Willingness to work in a structured, target-oriented environment ● Basic computer, CRM, and email skills

Ideal Candidate ● Fresher or professional with up to 4 years of experience looking to build a sales career ● Comfortable speaking with international prospects ● Willing to work from office in Bhopal ● Ready to be measured on discipline, consistency, and performance
