🎯 Role: Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and technically sound Sales Team Leader / Manager who can effectively manage end-to-end sales operations, handle digital lead channels, and drive consistent business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online portals, supervising the sales team, ensuring proper lead conversion, and maintaining structured customer records.
This role requires a balance of leadership, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution to scale B2B sales across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
1. Lead Management & Conversion
Handle and monitor leads from platforms such as IndiaMART, WhatsApp Business, website inquiries, and social media.
Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates from all inbound and outbound leads.
Assign leads to team members and track their performance.
2. Team Management & Performance Tracking
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and closures.
Train team members on product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques.
3. Portal & Digital Operations Handling
Manage all online sales platforms and dashboards efficiently.
Optimize lead generation and response systems across digital channels.
Ensure proper data flow and tracking from each platform.
4. Reporting & Data Management
Maintain detailed records of customers, orders, and follow-ups.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Build strong long-term relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and boutique owners.
Ensure repeat business through consistent engagement and service quality.
6. Order & Process Coordination
Oversee order processing, billing (GST), and dispatch coordination.
Ensure timely payment follow-ups and minimize outstanding dues.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in garments or ethnic wear.
Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, IndiaMART, and basic Excel/reporting.
Communication: Strong Hindi and basic English communication skills.
Analytical Ability: Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
