Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling & Guidance

Efficiently counsel prospective candidates by providing accurate information on academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways, guiding them through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism.

Counselling Parents and Students visiting the Institute or over call, Working on the regular enquiry received about admissions and converting positive leads.

2. Admissions Conversion

(A) Provide accurate information about programs and admission processes.

(B) Build rapport and address queries to guide prospective students toward enrolment decisions.

(C) Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets.

3. Lead Management

(A) Maintain a pipeline of leads with regular updates on the stages of conversion.

(B) Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on the quality of leads.

4. Proper checking of students records manually as well as on system.

5. Should be able to access academic applications and forms in detail.

6. Collaboration

Should be comfortable in working with other departments to ensure a smooth transition of new students.

Essential Skills:

Experience in University/College/Institute admissions is highly preferred, Self-motivator & drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Ability to present documents in an accurate and professional manner, Ability to organize work activities according to priorities and meeting deadlines.

Demonstrated experience to work effectively within a team and independently, Ability to provide effective analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Have good written and spoken communication skills in English/Hindi, Committed to achieving the goals and objectives specified for the team.

Attend and participate in various college fairs and guidance counseling events to reach out to potential admission candidates.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Any graduate with min 3-5 years of relevant experience.
